@leromancer did this get resolved in the end? I am having the exact same issue and have gone through the same steps you have. Would be good to know if I’m better off switching providers if they cannot resolve this issue - thanks!

Well can’t answer for the original poster but I am having the same problem and I can’t receive calls or texts. One does occasionally get through if I turn off WiFi on my phone but doesn’t work everytime.

I have raised a ticket but am not holding my breath.
