I need help with my order?

I've been trying to get on Live Chat since Friday last week to talk about my order. I've called today and been on hold for over 15 minutes.

Does anyone have a contact email for customer services? This is getting beyond a joke.

There isn't a contact email for Customer Services, we'd always recommend live chat.

Is there any help you needed with your order?

Could you give us some information on the issue, we'd be happy to help!

I placed my order on 23rd May and I've still not had an email confirmation to say it's gone through. When I called up, the agent told me that my order had been referred to Carphone Warehouse but I've had zero communication from either ID or Carphone Warehouse to confirm this.

I just want to know what is going on and how much longer I'm going to be waiting for my sim card?
