Lost sim and need a replacement

HI there I need a new sim as my phone has been lost or stolen and I am on a contracted sim although cannot phone the company to order one due to covid-19?

Hi my son phone was stolen the other day 23rd June please can you block the sum and send a replacement please

You should call 0333 003 7777 and report the phone/sim stolen immediately. Remember, you’re responsible for any charges incurred up to the point you report the phone/sim lost/stolen.
