mew phone

I received my new phone today.  Totally wrong colour.  How do I get this changed.

Assuming that you purchased the device from iD Mobile, and it was you that chose the wrong colour...

You would have to return everything and cancel the lot. Then, order again and, providing you pass a second credit check, your new handset and SIM will be sent to you. You will receive a final bill for the current device and SIM covering the period from dispatch right up until it’s cancelled as they are sent activated.

If iD Mobile sent you a device with a different colour to that on your invoice, then you need to speak to a Live Chat agent or call the sales team on 020 7139 1397 to get this rectified.
