I ordered a phone from ID mobile, it was meant to be delivered using dpd, I missed the delivery slot, instead of rearranging a delivery date they have sent it back to currys, I’ve contacted currys to see when it can be collected/delivered but they said I need to contact ID

Typically DPD would send a device back to us should they be unable to deliver twice, we’d recommend keeping an eye on your tracking number.
