My PAC switch is set for next week but I've just been told my new phone will be delivered in a couple of hours. How do I request the switch to be done today instead of next Wednesday ?

Hey
Once a PAC date is submitted it cannot be changed. You’ll have to use the SIM from your old network provider in the interim, then once the switch is complete, pop in your iD Mobile SIM.
