New phone and sim ordered no confirmation

Hi I have ordered new phone and sim today via uswitch.

Have been charged upfront payment from my bank 

But have not received any confirmation email

 

Please help?

Unless I entered wrong email address

 

How can I track my order?

can i ask did it just arrive? as i havent had any emails for mine either just the trade in pack for my old phone
