new sim not arrived

I've ordered 2 sim cards which are 2 different monthly amounts, only one of which has come so far,  how can I tell which one has come? Is it the £6 a month plan or the £10, a month plan?

Hello @Jojo217,

You can first pop the SIM into the phone to determine the phone number (text a friend or family and ask them to tell you or check the packet the SIM came in).

 

Then head to https://my.idmobile.co.uk/web/cpw/pre-registration/-/registration/registerMyAccount to register.

Once logged in, you’ll see the plan and then you'll know.

 

Can you confirm if the SIM has since turned up or you still need a replacement?

I've sorted the sim card that has come which is the £10 a month plan and also transferred number over but I still haven't received the £6 a month plan sim card
