Is your issue resolved?
If the issue is with calls, it could be related to the 3G switch off.

Sorry to hear this, how are texts and data?
How long have you had this issue?
What happens when you try to make a call outbound?
Are bills paid and up to date?

The matter as now been resolved after a near 100 mile round trip to the Currys Store where they NEVER answer the phone.. 3 other people at the store with the same problem. Quickly identified by store staff as problem with iD Network. Surprised you guys hadn't already picked up on that? Assuming that it was the problem…..
