Hi I ordered 2 sim card. One arrived and the other one didn’t. One week later a royal mail card arrived that states sender didn’t pay full postage and is asking to be paid. What is going on.
Have you checked item/s retained by Royal Mail is from iD Mobile,
Yes I have confirmed. It is the sim card.

Well perhaps just ask iD to send you a replacement SIM card, or pickup a replacement SIM from any Currys store,
Nowadays, iD can also email you an eSIM replacement. If your handset has an eSIM device, might be your quickest option to get going on the network.
