Hi I ordered 2 sim card. One arrived and the other one didn’t. One week later a royal mail card arrived that states sender didn’t pay full postage and is asking to be paid. What is going on.

Well perhaps just ask iD to send you a replacement SIM card, or pickup a replacement SIM from any Currys store, @Grishma Gurung

Nowadays, iD can also email you an eSIM replacement. If your handset has an eSIM device, might be your quickest option to get going on the network.
