(1) I want my device to receive the data I pay id Mobile for every month.

(2) I want my money back for the add on I paid for and I want the add on cancelled because once an id Mobile customer pays for an add on, they can’t cancel it  I want it cancelled.

(3) I also want 3 months money returned to me for a data I paid for but never received.

@J Talbert  All these demands and no detail information.

IDMobile not going to act on statements like those you've posted I'm afraid.

Id Mobile customer troubleshooting the problem themselves.

They go online and read through swathes if webpages telling them to do this and do that.

They do this and do that, whilst living their busy demanding lives.

And ...

They still get no data, no device network service at all.  So they phone customer service in South Africa and each person they speak to tells them the "technical support team contact them in 24 to 48 hours."  But no one does contact them.

But, id Mobile is still getting paid by the customer and they're not providing them with data and a network service.

Yeah, id mobile's relatively cheap but at what cost to the customer does this cheapness come?

People living in the 21st century lead incredibly busy lives in this tech ridden world and phone network operators offer relatively cheap contracts because they force their customers to sort their own tech problems out.

But how many people fully understand how the ever updating, ever advancing, ever increasing devices and data and digital stuff works?

And when customers are forced to spend precious hours late in the night …

hours that morph into days  .…

weeks …

and months …

and they still can't solve a data issue  .…

how does that contribute to making life eadier, better, more satisfying and meaningful?

Customers are forced to lose hours of precious time and even sleep, to try and solve a data, tech, device and or network problem that most of us hardly no anything about!!

We may have intuitive reactions to troubleshooting data issues, device/tech issues, but the majority of customers aren't technobods.  We ain't tech officianados.

Also …

what job satisfaction is there amongst South African call centre staff who take calls from confused, disgruntled id Mobile customers, if call centre staff can't actually help id Mobile customers  initiate and properly process complaints?

All South African call centre staff say is, "a the technical team will contact you in 24 to 48 hours."  And it's untrue because no one contacts a customer about their complaint.

What job satisfaction is there in knowing you, as a member of call centre staff, aren't really doing much to help id Mobile customers who are paying for a service they ain't getting?   What job satisfaction is there in that?

Wouldn't it better for customer service to help customers access the tech assistance online through some private portal?

For over 3 months now, I've been paying id Mobile for data I haven't received.  I've got no data and network service at all.

When I go out, I don't take my device with me because I can't send or get calls, texts, messages.

And it's not like I haven't been trying, putting effort into resolving the problem myself.  I've wasted far to much of my precious time, in between carrying my full load of responsibilities in life, going online to troubleshoot my problem.

I want out of id Mobile.

I would like 3 months worth of my hard earned money returned to me.

I want the money back for the add on.

And ...

I want a PAC that allows me to keep my number coz I can't  send or receive calls, messages & texts, even when I'm at home now, so can'tget a PAC to get away from id mobile..

I clicked on the link https://community.idmobile.co.uk/inbox/overview  and the webpage it took me to stated, “page not found.”

I’ve got a life to live too.  I got responsibilities and duties to perform.  I’m a busy person.  I don’t want to spend hours putting every ounce of effort into trawling through pages of information about how to resolve the problem of me not getting data and a network service from id mobile.

Id mobile really owe 3 or 4 months money and they owe me for the add on.

Firstly, id mobile have contracted out their customer service to South Africa.  You call the South Africa business that has id mobile’s customer service contract and enter your number and then pin.  Someone answers the call and asks you to repeat your number and pin, yet again.

What’s the point of that?  If the new tech is fast, efficient and effective, then why are id mobile customers being asked to enter their number and pin a 2nd time?  Doesn’t 21st century tech that the call centre has allow customer service team members to see on their computer screens, the number and pin customers originally entered?

The bosses and hedge fund that own this call centre will now tell South Africa call centre reps, “if a customer asks why they have to repeat the information again, tell them it’s to confirm their id.”

Secondly, over several days I logged complaints with id mobile customer service.  I got no reference for my complaint, so there’s no trail. I tried to get a refund from them for an add on of data in a last attempt to try and solve the problem of why I’m not getting data.  It didn’t work, so id mobile gave me a refund.  I had to call customer service 3 times to confirm if I was getting the refund.  It took about 4 days to get id mobile customer service to put through the refund for the add on.  If they had done it 3 days earlier, I would’ve got my money back in time to put into action a getaway from id mobile.  Instead, customer service confirmed they’d started the refund process the day before a major bank holiday.  And, on the day before this major bank holiday, businesses and services start winding down.  If customer service had actioned the refund on day.  On top of that, id mobile took payment from me for data and a device network service they ain’t giving me.

As of today I’ve still got no data and no network device service.  id Mobile should refund me 3 months payments and the payment for the add on because that’s how long I’ve been without data and a network service.  I don’t get text messages, I can’t send messages.  I don’t receive call and I can’t make calls when I go out and when I’m using wiFi at the house.  I can’t access the Internet when I go out and I can’t use apps.  I can only do this when at the house connected to its wiFi.

I’ve been told by customer service that I have visit a store to get a PAC.  They tell me no, iD mobile customer service have to help resolve my problem so I can get PAC.

All of this is an exercise in futility.  All big businesses with a global outlook have to do is do their job well.  Don’t stretch their activities all over the world without ensuring the service their customers are paying them for, are actually being provided.

Also, most people lead very hectic, busy lives.  Most people have responsibilities they have fulfil in life.  And, after an exhausting day putting effort into carrying out those various roles and responsibilities, do most tired and hungry people really want to go home and spend hours in front of a device attempting to troubleshoot their tech troubles?

Why are you moderating my genuine complaints?

I’m not a whistle blower!!!!

I’m stating the truth.

I bought id mobile services because they were cheap.  And  …

cheap is what I can afford for my family’s budget.

The cost of living is unreasonably high.

Ordinary people worldwide are putting effort into budgeting their family finances to be able to afford to pay rent, food, bills and to clothe themselves.  Times are tough.

And ...

I ain’t well off or rich.

I don’t begrudge the hedge fund or company that owns id mobile, and the company that id mobile have contracted their customer service out to, the mega buck or rands or dollars, they’re raking in.  I don’t.  You won’t hear me complaining about the world’s wealthiest 1% creaming off the profits that ordinary folk like me working in their system generate for  these billionaires.  I just want the service I’m paying them for  And, despite my strenuous, attentive, diligent efforts and perseverance trying remedy the problem, for me, it hasn’t paid off.

I’ve got better things to do with my time that making time to spend hours at the end of each working day trying to solve my data, tech, digital, electronic, device problems.

I’m leaving.  Just gimme a PAC, one that lets me keep my number.

PLEASE !!!!!!!!!
