Dpd has not delivered the mobile phone, just marked the delivery as missed. Didnt even attempt to ring the door bell. I’ve been stuck without a functioning phone for nearly 2 weeks now, this is unacceptable. I’ve been told that my purchase had been cancelled but if that is the case I haven’t received back the money paid for the order! No communication whatsoever and no way of calling as my new phone is nowhere to be seen!
