Phone return not processed by warehouse


Hi, does anyone know how long it takes for a return to be processed? My device was delivered back on the 9th May by Royal Mail Special Delivery(time/photo and signed for sent), but I’ve heard nothing from ID. I have tried getting some info from the Online Live Chat but seem to be getting fobbed off. My concern is that it has been misplaced and I will have to start a claim with someone. Any info would be helpful.

Hi @Mcmanstv 

 

Once a device is received by our warehouse team they typically process the return within 24/48 hours, have you first contacted iD Mobile to begin a returns process or has the device just been sent back to us without contact to us?

Hi Tom, no it was returned following the procedure given to me by one of the ID chat members (David). It had a return number etc. After numerous online chats I've been told the the return has been cancelled? I've no idea what is going on. All I want to do is make sure the return has been returned so I can cancel my contract. Is this much to ask?? I have heard nothing from the "warehouse" and am only going by the ID chat people.
