received my new phone frome idmobile but it has come with no sim card

Your SIM should have arrived in the same packaging as your phone in a green envelope. If you’ve processed an upgrade on an existing iD number, a new SIM card isn’t automatically sent as you can use your existing SIM in the new phone as normal.

However, if you don’t have the SIM, you will be able to pick up a replacement free of charge in any local Currys store. Alternatively, let us know if you need one to be delivered and we’d be able to send you a PM to set this up.
