I cancelled my iD mobile contract within the 14 day grace period and I still haven't received a refund on the initial £99 downpayment. I have spoke to iD via webchat on a number of occasions, last update I had was that I should receive my refund within 3-5 days, which was two weeks ago. 
 

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated
