I returned my phone to the warehouse and can see that DPD have marked it as delivered yesterday morning. How long before I get an update from ID to confirm they have the phone and when should I expect my contract to be cancelled please? I have the transaction number. 
 

The photo that DPD gave as proof of delivery isn’t exactly great, it looks like they’ve taken a picture of a tool box, not the parcel, which is a bit worrying!

Once received back at our warehouse, it should take upto (usually) 3-5 working days or so for the return to be completed etc.

 

If you don’t hear back from us within that time, please get back in touch so we can investigate further.

Thank you for your response. It’s now been 5 working days since the courier delivered the phone back the warehouse and I still havent had an update. 

Is somebody able to investigate further please?

I’ve now had the email with my final bill. However I need some help obtaining my final invoice. I cannot create an account as I need to enter a code sent to the mobile number which I no longer have. I need ID’s bank details in order to pay the bill and I need to know how I receive a refund for the upfront cost of the phone as I no longer have the direct debit active.

Yes Nat, and I’ve responded to you in many separate posts and you’ve been no help whatsoever! Useless company!! AVOID people at all costs - DPD steal your phone ID Mobile lock you into contracts with no SIM or phone - SCAMMERS all of them!!!
