Royal Mail hasn't delivered my trade in

I posted my trade in over a week ago on the 13th of June. According to the tracking by Royal Mail it’s been at the Royal Mail Delivery Office since the 14th of June and hasn’t had an update since then. I’ve used the prepaid label and have emailed TradeUpHelp@currys.co.uk but I haven’t had a response yet. Is there anything else I can do?

Hi,

 

Yes I have contacted Royal Mail for an update and they have informed me that as I’ve used the prepaid label, Currys would have to process this with Royal Mail.

 

I traded in my phone because there was a £100 bonus offer to purchase a new phone with the trade in and now it’s rather disappointing that my old phone is now lost and I am out of my phone and the bonus offer.
