I had recently brought a phone from Id mobiles and returned it as was smaller then Expected i then had to pay for it to be returned back and then now being charged for a sim i did not use or activate still In the original box. I hav asked for help so many times but keeping getting the chat closed… this is disappointing and i want my deposit back
sent phone back no refund on deposit then being charged £10 for a sim i dint even use
