SIM Card has not arrived

Hello, I ordered a SIM only for my dad George Huthinson order number 114005338 on Saturday 7th November.

We still haven't received the SIM card yet, I was hoping you could give me an update

Hi @WGH,

I am glad to hear that the SIM card has since arrived! They can take up to 5 working days to arrive if you order any more in the future.

Please help as you can’t actually seem to speak to an actual person or send a direct email to anyone at ID.

ive just set up my third ID account for my next son and although sim was sent out on 9/11 I haven’t received it (order XXXXX) 

please advise as this is getting very frustrating!

ordered sim card on 13/11 and still waiting for card to arrive.

How comes ID company sending me information about first payment when I don’t have SIM card ???????

Customer service not existing how I can get this matter sorted ?????

My mum ordered a SIM card a couple of weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. She's tried to contact ID but can't get anywhere. She has been charged for her bill this month even though she hasn't used SIM. She has a PAC code from EE that she wants to use to keep her number but can't do anything until the ID SIM has been sent. Please advise. Thanks
