I ordered my new Sim Card 27th March 2024 and it has not arrived which has been 5 working days ago.

If so, then you can collect a free iD Mobile replacement SIM card from any Currys store during opening hours, and activate it via the link below. You just need to ask a member of Currys staff in-store for a iD Mobile replacement SIM card:
