Switch happening today but sim not arrived


My switch is happening today and my sim has not arrived! 

I got an email to say my sim was on its way and was then prompted to start the process of switching my number. I have still not received my sim and my switch is happening today which means I am going to be without a working phone! 
 

I am also already paying for this sim which has not arrived ?! When ordering it said it would take 2-3 business days to arrive but now when I ask the chat it says 5! 
 

I cannot get through to talk to a real person as it says they need to text me a code to verify on my non existent sim!!!!
 

please help

Yeah @LottieC, iD Mobile use Royal Mail for delivering SIM only orders.

Elsewhere online iD Mobile say it takes 3-5 working days for SIM card delivery. 

Unlike many other service providers, iD dispatch activated SIM cards, so they can start charging customers on the date of dispatch. So if it was dispatched on a Friday your order may not arrive until the following Thursday/Friday.

As kindly advised by @andewhite, SIM cards are delivered 3-5 working days from order/dispatch date.

 

If you haven’t received the SIM by now, please do let us know.

I have a new phone and I’ve had an email to say I am now set up however I have no SIM card.  My other provider has obviously been cancelled and my original phone number is supposedly transferred.

I can not get into my idmoble account as I can’t receive the code that they want to send me!

I’ve been into curry’s and all I’ve been asked to do was to contact idmobile on line!

Oh I wish I didn’t change to this setup!
