trying to get a copy of my webchat history

Hi I'm trying to get hold of a copy of my webchat history for this year. I am feeling very upset. I feel like I have been extremely messed about. My phone was due for an upgrade so I set my heart on the Samsung s22 ultra. I pre ordered it knowing it was going to be a while. I'm not sure how but the person who ordered the phone upgrade ordered a Samsung s22 plus. I know I didn't ask for this because I had my heart set on the ultra. I did ask for a copy of my webchat but it only gave me half of it. I really would like to have a copy of the webchat history so I can see what I wrote down when asking for the upgrade as I feel like I've accepted a phone I don't even really want and doesn't have the things I wanted. I know that the people who do the webchats can access the history and I know there is an option after for me to ask for a copy and I did that but only half was sent to me. I've been a customer since at least 2016 and I've loved being with id. I've got a second contract out last year and I upgraded that with no issues this year. Please can someone help me and help me to access my history

Why don't you can cancel the upgrade and send back the S22+? Once the cancellation has complete, order an S22 ULTRA. 

FYI - Not sure if you're aware but the S22 series is plagued with issues and my advice would be to avoid it like the plague!
