upgraded but not recived any confirmation of when phone will be delivered

Upgraded my phone via sales team was told I would receive next day delivery. Haven’t received any email confirmation of when device will be delivered.

I’d recommend calling the sales team back ASAP to check for updates, between 9am-6pm Monday-Friday.

Have you checked your spam/junk mailboxes? You will get a DPD notification when the phone is out for delivery.
