So noticed ID use a pin system, I had to stop using Amazon for expensive items for this reason, our house is empty 8-4pm 5 days per week, DPD are in my area 12-2pm so I can see the issues already and in NI they don't have weekend deliveries. Any solutions to this issue? Had I of know about this pin situation I wouldn't have ordered

We are sorry to hear the situation with the delivery of you handset.
If you are not going to be available for a delivery to your home, we do have the option of delivering this to a store for you.
Usually, this would be requested at the point of sale but if it is already booked for home delivery, we would need it to be returned to the warehouse in order to redirect the delivery to a store.
