wrong model of phone sent to me after a upgrade, customer support useless and cannot help

Hi All 

 

I Need some help as customer service from the web chat has left me in more trouble than I started off with 

 

Me and my wife both upgraded to new Samsung s25 in Silver Blue on Sunday via a member of the retentions department 

 

The phones arrived on Tuesday morning my wife's Silver Blue and mine came as Titamium White ????

I logged on and started a web chat to be told I could not swap the phone as the Blue ones cost more 

Then I was told to cancel my contract and I would have to re apply and ask for a new S25 in Silver Blue 

 

Followed this muppets advice and I now have a text saying I have to pay £930 on top of what Ive already paid 

 

I started another web chat and got this cancelled but now I have a text say you have chosen to cancel the pac code and disconnect my number 

 

Jesus what the hell 

 

All I want is the phone I ordered ID mobile have shipped the wrong color 

 

Why is it so hard 

And if the white one is cheaper why am I paying the same monthly contract as my wife ? 

 

This all upgrade has been a mare, also due to this mess the offer that I signed up for with a free Google Chrome Book has ended 

 

Lucky my wife gets hers, I stuck with a new phone in a DPD Bag waiting to hear from ID Mobile Im now on day 4 

Has anyone got a way of directly talking to someone who can help web chat staff are useless at best
