I have lost my phone and was sent a replacement through insurance. It arrived today but without a SIM. I have been told to contact my network provider (ID) but their customer service lines are closed because of COVID. Is there any way of ordering one online? If not, i may have to cancel my contract and find another provider. Not an ideal time to be without a phone!!
I’ve had emails saying my account and billing has been activated, but still no SIM has arrived. Can I have an update on SIM arrival please?Please can I also have confirmation that my billing will NOT start until my SIM has arrived and been activated.My old contract with a different network ends by 4th Jan, so need this sorted ASAP so I can transfer my number and an not without mobile coverage.Thank you
I’ve started a new SIM Only contract with ID Mobile making an order online. Obviously there’s a delivery period before the service is available for me to use. However, ID Mobile seems to ignore this gap in service being available to use and starts charging straight away, starting the bill date from the order date. Other networks set this date to be when the SIM is activated. Utility companies start charging when they’ve completely taken over the service. Landline, broadband, TV services start the billing date from when the service is live and available to the customer. With the current coronavirus lockdown, deliveries are further delayed. However, I already have a bill issued, probably at least a week before I even have the SIM. Why is ID Mobile not considering when the service becomes available for the setting of the bill start date? Why isn’t a window period given for a customer to activate their new SIM to set it as the bill start date? This is completely unacceptable and if the b

Hello, I ordered a iPhone 12 pro Max 128GB in pacific Blue on contract from the ID website in the early hours of Saturday on the 7th of November... on the delivery date it said by, 13th November. Payment got taken out on Monday 9th but i have no email to say it’s been dispatched, no tracking or shipment notification.i haven’t got an email saying it’s been declined so i’m assuming I passed the credit check. I am wondering if it will get here on the 13th Nov or the new updated delivery day which is 15th December?
I ordered my sim on 18 Jan and received an email that it’s been dispatched on 19 Jan. I still haven’t received it. I have also received an email that the DD has been set up but I still haven’t received my SIM card. The chat agents were very unhelpful and unable to give me any information.
I am having a torrid time trying to find out where my Samsung s20 is. I ordered 4th October, for next day delivery. Hi,I placed a pre-order for a Pixel 6 on 23rd and have received the order confirmation. It stated if I don't hear from you in 24 hours to come here. So I have come here. I can't find how to find out if my pre-order has passed credit checks etc. The upfront has come out of the bank, however the bank initially declined the payment until I confirmed it was genuine. I want to make sure this is all complete before 29th so I qualify for the free Bose headphones promotion. I can pm the order number if necessary. Thanks
Does anyone know what is happening?I get a message via text saying ”Good news! Your new SIM card is now in the process of being activated..“But I do not have a new SIM card and I never requested one.This happened about three months ago and I lost my account connection for three days waiting for the SIM card that I never asked for, to arrive.When I complained, they just did the same thing all over again so I had to wait for ANOTHER card. (Let’s ignore the fact they said I could go to Carphone Warehouse and they’d fix it all for me.. which I did.. but it fixed nothing).It cost me £15 pounds in usage charges when it was 100% ID Mobile’s fault but they refused to listen to my complaint.No one seems to know why I keep being sent new SIMS.This is madness as I know my phone will be without a connection in a few hours.HELP!WHY IS THIS HAPPENING ???????How do I make it stop happening?...AND MY PHONE HAS JUST GONE TO EMERGENCY CALLS ONLY. Why ? Why? Why?
Hi,My SIM card has not been delivered. I ordered it on 4th November, today being 13th November. However Ihave received a letter about my account and charges. I am unhappy about paying for a service when I am unable to use it due to not having a SIM card. My Service User number is REMOVED if this helps.
