Hi, I had a ID mobile contract previously. I have now got a new phone which has been set up/is being paid for by a family member which is also under ID mobile. I'd like to transfer my number from my old ID mobile phone to my new one but the PAC doesn't seem to work due to both phones being ID contracts, although they are under different names. Can someone help me copy my old number?

You can’t transfer a mobile number from one iD contract to another iD contract.

The only way around this problem is to get a PAC for the iD number you want to keep, and give that PAC to another mobile network provider other than iD.

Once you’ve moved the number you want to keep to another provider, get a PAC from that provider to give to iD.

Good luck @Sara Cameron.
🤞

Hey @Sara Cameron,

As above, it’s not possible to transfer an existing iD Mobile number to another iD Mobile contract.
