I got a confirmation email saying thank you for placing your order with a reference number. 
I just got a message saying that my card had blocked the upfront payment and for me to try again, however the £0.01 check was done on me. Will ID Mobile try to take the payment again now that I have contacted my bank?

Hi @Julia157,

Have you received confirmation that the order has processed and dispatched?

Usually if payment fails the order won’t go through.
