Okay @Shellsi, the iD voicemail service is operated and managed by Three UK, for iD Mobile. I don’t think you can stop a call going to voicemail.

Three UK have their own special 7726 number for reporting any unwanted calls. They say that reporting allows Three and other mobile networks to block numbers which are causing distress.

For a quick resolution, you’ll need to speak to iD by:

• Live chat at https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat - type “talk to a person” after connecting to chat with a real person. 
• The iD Mobile social media customer support team, using facebook (via Messenger), or Twitter (by DM). 

The iD staff work 9am - 8pm weekdays, and 9am - 6pm at weekends.

Otherwise, an iD moderator will probably respond to your post in 6-7 days time.

You can block calls in the device settings but I believe it will still allow calls to voicemail.

I’m not aware of a way of blocking the ability to also let them leave a voicemail besides turning this feature off.
