I have had ID mobile SIM for the past three years. Only a few weeks ago my data has completely stopped working. I know the SIM is compatible with the Iphone 6 I use now, since I have been using it the past three years, so that is not an issue. I have checked my area code with the ID mobile coverage checker and there appears to be good signal. My cellular data is not turned off. However, I have seen in other threads that the issue might be with the SIM card.
How can a receive a new SIM card? or is there some other issues I should check?
