Data on phone only 2gb... contract is 50

Very confused. Can someone explain why I have started paying for a 50gb data contract on my phone but on my phone it says that I only have 2gb available to use and have used most of it.…

Out of interest where are you seeing the 2GB data available to use as you mention your phone rather than the iD site or app?

If you are looking at the Network & Data Settings on your phone then the default warning limit is normally set to 2GB, note this has nothing to do with iD Mobile and is controlled by your phone's software.

Are you able to login to the iD Customer Portal or app as your total data for the month should match the plan you are currently paying for. You can also double check you are definitely on a 50GB plan at the moment.
