Why has my direct debit typed to be taken out when I changed it last month to be took on 27th so why is it still trying to take

Hi @Shannon Pemberton, when you change your Direct Debit date, it’ll change it for the next billing cycle, not the current one. Double check the date showing in the iD Mobile app. It’ll most likely be fine next month, but drop us a line here if not.
