Faulty week old Iphone received on upgrade - how to get replacement?

I can’t see a number to call on your website and the chat is closed. How do I arrange for a replacement iphone 11 received on an upgrade just over a week ago. One evening it became scorching hot to touch, rebooted and now won’t charge at all. Looks like the battery was faulty. Not impressed as it’s only a week old and I can’t get any clear answers from your website on where to get help!
