I have looked around on here but I cannot see a similar topic, so I have started this one with apologies if this has been covered elsewhere.
Both my partner and I have ID accounts. He is not technically minded so I set them both up and they are both paid from the same bank account. We wish to review his account but cannot access it. The login on the app recognises me [Face ID or Touch ID] and takes me to my account but I cannot get to his.
Any idea how I can access the other account please?

OK - got in. Did a password reset. Thanks for your help.
