how do i know if i have upgraded my contract or have two contracts at the same time

I just upgraded my contract and was told in my email to wait around 24 hours for the plan to change, but everywhere I look online says 30 minutes.

I want to make sure that I have not paid for a second contract instead of upgrading to a new one. I’m worried I’m now being charged for two individual contracts instead of one upgraded one

Welcome to the Community!

If you upgraded your contract you would keep the same number.

If you purchased a new contract it would be a new number.

Please let us know if you would like to check this, however if you have the same number it’s likely that it’s an upgrade.
