Hi I kept my old mobile from my previous network provider it’s supposed to be changed by today 12/10/2021 when I go to my account it’s been change but when I ring somebody it come up as ID mobile number
not my old number
Can you please help me to sort out this problem thank you

From what you’ve said, it sounds like the port has not been completed yet.
Do you still have your old SIM - you could check if that’s still active?
If your old SIM is not active, then turn off your phone for a least 15 minutes and try again?
