My mobile data is no good to watch any video have to use wifi

Hiya,

This may be down to the service in your area, a full service checker can be found here → https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/coverage

It could also be worth checking in your phone settings to ensure that your phone is set to use the latest version of Mobile Network. This setting can be found under network settings in your phones settings app, as a general rule the top one tends to be the latest and fastest version.

Still the same but I've got a Samsung s8 so not a new phone,my sister has a iPhone and she has no problems but I like android.

Does your sister also use an iD SIM card in her phone @Trevor Browne?

Does your sister’s iPhone work nicely in the location where your Galaxy S8 doesn’t?
