My mobile data stopped working 16/05/23

My mobile data stopped working out of the blue so i cant do anything if im not within wifi range i have already checked coverage and all that.All thise things are working.How do i get this fixed

Have you run out of data? What is your monthly data allowance supposed to be and are you abroad?

Hi @Christiaan Smit are you abroad at the moment at all? Do you have a spend cap on your account? If you are roaming and being charged for this, it may be worth increasing your cap if you are unable to use WiFi. You can do this on your iD app or online account.

i have 60gig data available i cant send texts or do anything without wifi and no im not abroad at my home currently

Hey @Christiaan Smit,

Are you showing as connected to the iD network?

Or are you seeing no SIM service?

When did the issue first begin and have you just joined and kept your number?

    I have been with id for probly a year now and it shows im connectted but just no connection to the internet or phone services

    What happens when you attempt to call out? 

     

    Do you get any error messages?

     

    Do you see signal bars?

     

    Are you able to receive calls/texts?

    i can recieve calls and texts but just cant do anything else anything that would need data is just not working

    What phone are you using the iD SIM in?

    Have you tried the SIM in another device?

    Is Mobile DATA turned on?

    iphone 7

    it just stopped working after it was working i didnt change anything

    Are you able to try the iD SIM in another device to verify if it’s working fine?

    If not, try heading to your local Currys store with the phone and SIM.
