New monthly contract but hate handset.

Hey. I have recently got a new monthly deal with ID. Problem is I hate the handset for it. I would like to continue the contract with a new device. I've not been able to find an option to change this or any help pages on it. Any help would be much appreciated. Many thanks.

You have a 14/30 day returns period.

I don’t think you can just swap out the handset though. Pretty sure you will be required to return the lot and place a whole new order! Speak to an agent via live chat and see what they can do for you:

We are sorry to hear you are not liking your new phone. You can return this if you are within the first 14 days of your purchase. However, you will need to return the whole contract including the sim card so this can be cancelled. Once the contract has been cancelled you can take out a phone contract of your choice. Our Live Chat | iD Mobile Network Team here is the best place to request a cancellation.
