pac code


I’m trying to use my PAC code from virgin media now for 7 days in a row. I’m typing in the PAC code they sent me via text message, copying over from emails the information ID have sent me E.G transaction number, ID mobile number and I obviously know my own number. But when I submit ID tell me there is an issue with the information. I cannot get into contact with them as it’s only a live chat and agents are always busy and there is no phone number. 
 

any ideas on how to fix and sort this issue out ?

You can give your PAC to iD using their live chat service, or ‘talk’ to the iD customer support team by sending them a private message on facebook, or Twitter.

The agents work 9am - 8pm weekdays, and 9am - 6pm weekends (and bank holidays).

Please try the port form with your surname in all caps and making sure the transaction number begins with a "4". This can be found on your "Welcome to iD" email that was sent to you and may be in your Spam/Junk folders.
