I recently closed my account with ID mobile as my contract had ended, and requested a PAC code. I gave this to my new provided who unfortunately did not activate it within the 30 day period.
They have advised that the number remains mine for a further 90 days, and I am entitled to request another PAC code within this period and the number cannot be given to anyone else.
I have spent several hours communicating on the chat with ID who have been unable to provide a new PAC code that works - I have unhelpfully been given several but they do not work.
I really need some help with this, as a matter of urgency.
