I've just got my daughter a Lycamobile SIM for a Nokia 105. I've got a Motorola G7. I'm not receiving text messages from her (but she can receive texts from me and we can ring each other). She's not blocked on my phone. Other people on ID have received messages from her, and other people can get texts from her. Any ideas that might help?

Have you tried both SIM cards in other phones to see if this makes any difference? It’ll help us rule out any potential device issues.
