problem with network

Hi. I bought new sim from you yesterday. It’s been more then 24h since. On the beginning sim didn’t work but now everything is working accept internet. I try switch off and on my phone but that doesn’t help.

What happens when you try to use the internet, are there any error messages? Also, is 4G or 3G displayed near the bars of signal?

 

If you could provide us with a postcode, we can take a look at what’s going on with you local masts too if you like?
