Hi,
I need to erase data on my stolen iPhone but read that it need an internet connection and data(?) to do that.
I’ve stopped my mobile ID service via the Lost/Stolen phone process so unfortunately the phone erase remains in a ‘pending’ state.
How can I reactivate my service so that I can complete the phone erase process and then disable the service again?

We can remove the stolen/lost bar from your account, have you requested a new SIM card, or do you still have the original SIM?

I still need to request a new sim but it would be helpful if the old sim (in the stolen phone) was no longer accessible.
