I went away travelling in February, and in March I cancelled my iD contract (SIM only). However, I'm now back in the UK and I'd like to reactivate my old SIM card so I can use my old number again. Is this possible, and if so, how?
Thanks,
Hannah

If you followed the iD contract cancellation procedure (by giving them 30-days notice), you probably won’t be able to get your number back
If instead, you just cancelled the direct debit for your iD account, then your iD SIM only plan wasn’t cancelled and you’ll still have the same number.
🤞
