My son lost his phone so I blocked his sim through the ID Mobile app. Bought a replacement sim from Carphone Warehouse, activated it via the ID Mobile app over 24hours ago but his replacement phone is still displaying “no service”. I’ve powered it off and back on again, I’ve switched airplane mode off and back on again, still “no service”. Can’t speak to a human for help so have to go through this painful messaging process.

How long is this ridiculous process going to take? My son has now been without a phone for nearly 2days. I’m hoping for a reply from ID Mobile today.
