S22+ Camera Failed Message


Hi

I had  a new S22+ delivered last week. Every time I try and activate the user facing camera i get a ‘Camera Failed’ message and the camera app shuts.  I have looked the the Youtube articles on this subject and have cleared the cache etc but cant get it to change. 

Can anyone help me?

I suggest you contact contact Samsung directly for support.

They’re online at https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/?cid=sea-alert-redir or try calling product support on 0333 000 0333 (8am - 10pm Mon-Sat).

Otherwise you could join the online Samsung Community and seek help there.
