Hi. Somebody’s keep changing my password on my ID account. I’ve got a rough idea it’s my neighbours upstairs. They’ve already hacked my android phone and they have admitted it on Saturday night 13/05/23 with a group of friends. ! His girlfriends got a big mouth. Surely this is a security breach ? His girlfriend made it quite clear they’ve already hacked my new phones

I've had my phone hacked They have got control of my banking online !!! How do I get they put my phone !!!! Have just bought a new phone but if the information is transferred they will still have access So how do I get rid of them
