when does my contract end

If you text INFO to 85075 you’ll be advised of how much it would cost to cancel as of today.

This gives an indication of if you’re still in contract or not.

If it’s less than 1 Month line rental or £0.00 you’re at the end or out of contract.

Also, if you log into the iD app/account click My Account and then Check if I can upgrade if you’re told a date you need to wait till before you can upgrade, then that date is 60-days prior to the contract end date as you can upgrade in the last 60-days of your contract.

So if you checked today and it said you can’t upgrade until the 15/02/22 then you’ll be able to work out that your contract end date is around 15/04/22.
